Lubin dedicated over 13 years defending those accused of crimes. While managing his own criminal defense practice, he is involved with The Cook Law Firm as needed for various complex criminal matters. He has previously been part of The Cook Law Firm for over a decade successfully defending hundreds of clients.

A graduate of the University of Georgia, Lubin took over the finance industry before he decided that he wanted to be a lawyer and try criminal cases in court. He earned his Juris Doctorate at Western Michigan University Cooley Law School with a specific concentration in litigation.

Lubin has successfully defended those charged with serious felonies including murder, aggravated assault, aggravated battery, gang-related activity, white-collar fraud, trafficking narcotics, and sex crimes. He has also been victorious in hundreds of misdemeanor cases including DUI, possession of marijuana, prostitution, domestic violence, and serious traffic offenses. Lubin is fully conscientious of the practices of all metro area and rural courts, and he is fully aware of the practices, tendencies, and strategies of the prosecution offices of all respective jurisdictions.
